Max Gordon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM), and certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA). Combining his professional experience with his hobbies of Rugby, Powerlifting & Tennis, Max blends a traditionally modern strength and conditioning approach with old school, mettle testing training methods to deliver the results you are looking for. I work with people to establish consistent exercise habits & keep them accountable on the path to their goals through clear and transparent communication. The goal is to teach clients what they need to know in order to get in shape and stay in shape for the rest of their lives & hopefully have some fun along the way. It's not about how much you lift or how fast your run. It's about figuring out & training for what it means for you to be healthy -- physically and mentally."
